Most of the clothes that Lila picked actually fitperfectly. She was right! They accentuated my curves all while

person but | still enjoyed covering up sometimes.

“We should get you sjewelry,” Lila said as we paid for the clothes we had just bought, which were

surprisingly cheap for the lot we had gotten.

Lila had assuredthat most things were cheaper than most would expect here and that was because, unlike

bigger packs, no one was looking to make ridiculously huge profits so they could be wealthy and buy the most

beautiful houses and cars, here everyone was content just making enough. There was hardly any discrimination

here.

Most of the stores were owned by omegas which were usually rare, although since my mother becLuna

mental note to talk to my parents about it one of these days. There were still packs out there that still believed

that omegas were pretty baby- making toys to be owned and used.

As we walked around the jewelry store, Lila busied herself with buzzing around trying to find what jewelry fit

It was a silver one with three pendants that cin different sizes and looked like it had three layers. One was

the sun, the other the moon, and the last was a star.

“That's beautiful,” Lila whispered besideand | nodded my head slowly.

“Or maybe the other reason is that your father is Alpha King and you can always get people to do your shopping

for you,” Lila whispered mischievously her eyes laughing.

| couldn’t help it when | started laughing loudly and she soon joined me, we got a few stares but it didn’t make

“Hi, Lila. Who's your friend?” The male waiter said with a friendly smile the moment we settled in. | blushed as

he gavea wink.

“Trustshe’s taken already,” Lila said, wiggling her brows playfully.

“Stop it!”

“Can we have lemonades please, and two hotdogs?” Lila said and the cute guy nodded his head before dashing

“You didn’t have to say that,” | said and the idiot cackled loudly.

“I'm going to use the restroom. Can you pointin that direction?” | asked and she nodded, pointing where |

had to go.

| moved in the direction and bumped into someone on my way into the restroom.

“Goddess, forgive me, I'm so sorry,” | said but the person continued on their way like I hadn't even touched

them. Their red hair struckand it just madewonder the kind of person they would be.

Shrugging, | stepped into the bathroom, moving into one of the stalls that were pleasantly clean before doing my

business, once | was out | moved to the sink to wash my hands, wincing when | remembered when Kyla told me

that Kevin didn’t wash his hands after using the restroom most times.

Compared to the remaining of us in the house, Kevin was a proper pig. | wondered how his room would ever

survive withoutbeing there to help him clean it while he bribed me. Kyla always refused to go into his room.

| moved out of the restroom and once again it was to bump into someone at the entrance. | looked up to find the

red-haired and | frowned but she smiled widely. Her eyes were a mixture. It was brown but it had a mix of

something red, it was intriguing to stare at, her smile though was completely different.

It was weird and scary, it looked like the smile one gave when they knew something you didn’t.

“C-can | help you?” | asked, taking a step back, eyeing to try to remember if | could remember her.

“The Wolf King’s daughter wanders far away from his protective paws and teeth. How interesting.” She said, but

| didn’t get the tto respond.

She let out a little laugh that sent a chill up my spine before turning around and walking away, leavingfrozen

in shock.
