He saw a purple beam coming towards me.

Hectar let out an agonizing scream.

The impact force sent his body back flying before he crashed on to the ground.

The next moment, he coughed up a mouthful of blood.  Hectar felt immense pain in his chest again.

He lowered his head in difficulty to look at the injury.

A lightning attack has left him with horrifying injuries.  His flesh was torn apart.

If he gets more lightning attacks, his bones might be crushed.

For a moment, he thought of giving up.

He then coughed up blood again.

Blood splattered on the ground.  A hint of regret flashes in his eyes.

He should have been more careful.
