Chapter 112
Bailey sensed the seriousness of the situation and asked in a low voice, "What's going on?"
Elaine quickly pointed at Yolanda. "It's her! She brought a check for 100 million to cash! | know her; she's just an
adopted daughter of the Henderson family. There's no way she could have that much money!"
After Bailey scrutinized Yolanda, a look of disdain crossed his face. He frowned and said to Elaine, "Where's the
check? Letsee it."
"Right here!" Elaine promptly and respectfully handed the check to Bailey.
As he looked at the check, his previously indifferent expression shifted to one of shock. "This is... a check from
the Hansen family!"

Elaine was taken aback. "The Hansen family? Which Hansen family?"
"How many Hansen families are there in Riverdale?" Bailey replied coldly, his gaze now fixed on Yolanda.
"The signature here Mr. Nigel Hansen's. | can recognize it at a glance! How dare you steal a check from him? You
really must want to get yourself into trouble!"
The crowd gasped in disbelief. Yolanda had allegedly stolen a check from the Hansen family. That was incredibly
audacious!
Despite the skepticism surrounding Yolanda, she remained calm. "This check was given toby Nigel. If you
don't believe me, you can ask him."
Before Bailey could respond, Elaine interjected, "The Henderson family is just a middle-class family. How could
they have connections to the Hansen family?
"As an adopted daughter, you wouldn't have the opportunity to meet Mr. Hansen Senior! At least make your lies
believable!"
She then quickly turned to Bailey. "Mr. Neal, don't believe her! We should contact Mr. Hansen Senior right away. If
he realizes the check is missing and calls, he'll definitely blus for not doing our job!"
"Alright. I'll call Mr. Hansen Senior now," Bailey replied while contemplating the situation. He decided it was best
to contact Nigel immediately.
He pulled out his phone and dialed Nigel's number. "Hello? Is this Mr. Hansen Senior? This is Bailey Neal from the
Androm branch of the Bank of Unity. There's something | need to discuss..."
As he explained the situation, Elaine continued to smirk at Yolanda, unable to fathom how such a useless
adopted daughter could have the audacity to steal from the Hansen family.
After a while, Bailey hung up while looking embarrassed. He forced a smile and bowed respectfully to Yolanda.

Elaine was stunned. "Mr. Neal? What are you doing? Why are you apologizing to a fraud? Mr. Hansen Senior
would never give this useless adopted daughter 100 million! That's absurd even for charity!"
"Shut up! Why wouldn't Mr. Hansen Senior give Ms. Henderson 100 million? She is well-acquainted with Mr.
Hansen Senior. It's perfectly normal for her to have 100 million, or even 200 million!"
"No way! That's impossible!" Elaine still couldn't believe that Yolanda knew someone as significant as Nigel.
"Even the head of the Henderson family might not get a chance to meet Mr. Hansen Senior, so how could
Yolanda possibly know him? Mr. Neal, you should check if Mr. Hansen Senior is confusing her with another
Yolanda. This has to be a mistake!
"This is a serious matter, so please ask carefully!"
Initially confident, Bailey now hesitated at Elaine's insistence. What if there really was another person with the
sname? Given Elaine's certainty, she clearly knew Yolanda very well.
After a moment of doubt, and wanting to avoid responsibility, Bailey called Nigel again. When he hung up this
time, his expression was marked by obvious embarrassment.
