Ethan walked up to Matthew with confidence, handing him a sleek, gold- embossed business card.

Matthew visibly stiffened. When he took the card and glanced at it, his eyes widened in shock. "You... You're the

founder of Grainwave Tech?"

The rest of the table quickly followed suit, each person's reaction mirroring Matthew's.

Anyone remotely familiar with the business world knew about GrainWave Tech. Over the past few years, it had

skyrocketed to success, breaking the mold with its factory-free, online-exclusive business model. Profits doubled

year after year, and just last year, the company had raked in over six billion dollars in revenue.

Ethan paused for a moment before replying, "Maybe they think | was too bold for handing out my business card

with such confidence."

"It's fine, really. It's normal. You're a newcomer, and it's rare to get an opportunity like this, so you should

definitely take the chance to promote yourself," Josephine reassured him, completely unaware of the real reason

for their reactions.

Josephine couldn't tell if he was being sincere or sarcastic, so she plastered a smile on her face. "You're too kind."
